The team at Breckenholme is celebrating after three of our brands have reached the final of the Deliciouslyorkshire 2023 Taste Awards.
Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil’s Plant-based Yorkshire Mayonnaise has reached the final in the Best Free From Category; Charlie & Ivy’s Truffle Oil with Black Summer Truffle & Sea Salt has been shortlisted in the Best Savoury Condiment Category and The Honest Bean Co’s Seaweed and Miso Roasted Fava Beans are finalists in the Best Pantry category.
“The Taste Awards are one of the biggest and most prestigious food awards in the north of England and attract hundreds of entries from food and drink businesses throughout Yorkshire and the Humber, so we’re delighted and proud to have three products in the final,” said our co-founder, Adam Palmer.
Head Judge, broadcaster and artisan food expert Nigel Barden said: “The Deliciously Yorkshire Taste Awards are always a week I look forward to, and yet again the county’s food and drink producers have done themselves proud!
“What a pleasure it is to judge such a huge variety of top-quality and innovative Yorkshire food and drink businesses, and as ever, narrowing it down into a shortlist of finalists for each category has been a serious challenge!”
We will learn whether we have been successful at an awards ceremony at The Pavilions in Harrogate on Tuesday, 7th November.
